At FSGR, we work at the grassroots level to uplift rural communities with a special focus on women and child development. Our initiatives are based in Banadiya village surrounded by Aravali mountain range, located 20 km from Udaipur city, where we closely collaborate with local families to create meaningful and sustainable impact.

We facilitate a Balwadi (child care center) that provides a safe, nurturing, and educational space for young children. Through early childhood care, basic education, and nutritional support, we aim to build a strong foundation for their future.

For women, we conduct awareness and support programs focused on menstrual health and hygiene, working to break long-standing         taboos and promote safe, informed practices. As part of this initiative, we distribute reusable sanitary pads, encouraging sustainable and affordable menstrual solutions while ensuring dignity and accessibility.

So far, our initiative of basic right of safe menstrual health to needy, have positively reached 250+ women and girls on regularly basis in village Banadiya, and we continue to expand our efforts with the support of our community and partners.

Our work is community-driven—we listen, engage, and grow together with the people we serve. By combining local participation with thoughtful initiatives, we strive to create lasting change in rural lives.
